I have been a premium member since April 2006 and a free member before that. I have enjoyed the excellent and professional service that you have been giving me consistently.
Though, right now I have not renewed my membership and will do so shortly, I wanted to communicate my appreciation to the Technical support team (who most subscribers do not remember) for a great job in supporting a difficult profile like mine. I say 'difficult' because, you need a certain level of maturity and intelligence from your agents and teams who screen my profile to appreciate my brand of humor. I have my profile on other similar sites and it is an ordeal to get them to understand the different and a typical way in which I have written it.
